The following guidelines have been established to maintain a high standard of quality and accuracy for all types of publication material submitted to the online repository. Adhering to these protocols ensures that the content is reliable, and credible, and contributes meaningfully to the body of knowledge.
Researchers must ensure their submissions are original, contribute substantially to the field, and have not been previously published elsewhere.
The submissions should be in a standardised format, including title, abstract, introduction, methodology section, results, discussion, and references. Proper citation of sources is essential, adhering to recognised academic referencing styles.
Researchers should affirm that their work adheres to ethical standards, including respect for human rights, consent, and protection of vulnerable populations.
Submissions will undergo rigorous plagiarism checks. Any instance of plagiarism may lead to rejection of the methodology.
Review process
All submissions will be subject to a peer-review process. Reviewers will evaluate the methodology’s quality, originality, clarity, and contribution to the field.
Reviewers should provide constructive, specific feedback, focusing on strengths and areas for improvement. Confidentiality of the review process must be maintained.
Authors may be required to revise and resubmit based on reviewer feedback. Each revision should be clearly documented.
